Portland Children's Investment Fund | Allocation Committee
A five-member Allocation Committee oversees the Children’s Investment Fund and meets regularly to make funding decisions. It is structured to have one Portland City Commissioner, one Multnomah County Commissioner, and one member appointed by the city, county and Portland Business Alliance, respectively.
