• Children's Investment Fund staff will use demographic reports, not narrative reports, to assess whether grantees are meeting the total service goals set in the contract. If you have agreed to provide different sets of services to subsets of the populations you serve (e.g. parents and children), you should discuss which services were provided to what number of people in this report. You may also provide other output information in this report as well.
• Please include details about the program services you delivered during the quarter. Anecdotes are also helpful, to both give a flavor of what you do, and for Mary Gay to use for media placement
• If you need to make any substantial change to the services you are delivering, please check in with your grant manager via email first.
• Please keep us updated on staffing for budgeted positions.
